We stayed at the property for 2 nights. We reached very early morning on the day of check-in. Though the check-in time was 12 pm, the owner was very accomodating and arranged for an early breakfast and also provided early check-in within couple of hours. It was raining heavily during our stay yet the staff tried to meet all our requests and the owner was more than accomodating for every request. Kudos to all of them! Also, the property is in a great location and very close to nature which makes your stay truly memorable.

A heavenly stay at Kalyan cool. We searched a lot of places and zeroed in this honestly. As the name it is so cool, calm and greenery all around. We stayed in Villa 2 which has a balcony.. The view from balcony is mesmerizing and especially cooler mornings with birds flying around us. And the food, it needs a special mention. It was mouth watering with homely taste.. My kid enjoyed a lot with their dogs and the pool was very clean and spacious.. In short, a home away home with care from Mr Girish & family.

We group of friends went to chikmagalur and stayed at kalyan cool homestay - one of the best places to relax and admire the beauty of nature. The ambience along with the monsoon was adorable!!. Delicious food - feel like home and the service was great at this place!. Adding to it, best coffee from their own plantation. That was the trip to cherish your inner feelings!!. Waiting for the moment to visit again!!

As a family we visited Kalyan Kool homestay at Chikmagalur. This is the first time we are staying in a homestay. Mr Ganesh and Co made our stay very memorable. We will never forget their great hospitality. We received welcome drink on arrival. Ample parking space. The place is located close to Aldur and away from busy Chikmagalur city. I chose this place for few things, which I am very particular, healthy & good home-cooked food, hygienic bathrooms, spacious bedroom and above all, a friendly touch from the hosts. To be frank, they exceeded our expectations. The rooms and bathrooms were excellent and the food was the best we had outside home. We could see that the food was cooked there itself and not catered as many homestays do. The location was outstanding, in the midst of plantation. The only wish I have is that they provide shower & changing rooms anywhere near the pool. There is no other place to change when just out of the pool. But their warmth, friendlyness and care surpasses all shortcomings. I would still like to go only there again if there is an opportunity. Mr Ganesh helped me with booking a taxi for sightseeing, though I could take my own but I wanted to enjoy the views. The driver Mustafa was well behaved and trustworthy. All in all, a good experience and a place worth visiting again. Thanks to Mr Ganesh and the staffs there for their hospitality.
